Meditation workshop to explore and discuss various methods of meditation by doing them and sharing experiences. The focus on Saturday will be on Shamata (calm abiding meditation) and on Sunday on Chenrezik including visualization and mantra recitation.
Cost: $15 per session ($10 for members) — $50 for whole program ($30 for members).

To come together to accumulate mantras with the aspiration to purify obstacles personally, globally and for our Gurus as well as to strengthen our devotion, samaya and spiritual progress.
Guru Rinpoche Puja (with mantra accumulation):
9 – 10:30 a.m/11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Mahakala puja 1:30 – 3:30
Guru Rinpoche tsok: 3:30 – 5 p.m.
Lunch: 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. (a vegetarian lunch will be served to all participants)
Cost: Free but donations to the center are welcome.

a presentation by Nancy Drury
This presentation will showcase Pullahari Monastery, the main seat of His Eminence Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche in Nepal. We will be focusing on the Rigpe Dorje Institute Philosophy and Meditation Programs, and the daily life of the students.
These programs are invaluable for students wishing to develop their appreciation of and insight into the Buddhadharma.
