Green Tara Sadhana

We chant the Green Tara prayer with the motivation to avert physical, emotional and spiritual obstacles and to generate an attitude of compassionate action and altruism. Green Tara is one of the practices recommended during these difficult and fearful times of COVID-19 for tranquility and safety for oneself and others.

Chenrezik and Amitabha practice RETREAT
Join us for an intensive week-long Chenrezik / Amitabha retreat with 4 sessions per day, led by Jean-Sebastien Truchy. We will put into practice the instructions we recently reviewed on Wednesdays: focusing the mind, opening the heart and aspiring to alleviate the suffering of all sentient beings. As well, we will pray for the swift rebirth of all recently deceased beings into the Western Pure Land of Sukhavati.
Each session will last a maximum of 2 hours and will feature mantra accumulation for the benefit of all sentient beings.
You are free to participate in as many or as few sessions as you like.
4 sessions per day: 6 a.m. to 8 a.m.; 10 a.m. to noon; 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
