Partial Reopening of Centre for In-person Practice

We are now holding our regular Sunday Shamatha meditation sessions at the Centre. These sessions will also be shared on Zoom. For now, all other teachings and meditation sessions will be shared solely on Zoom. 

At the Centre, we will do all we can to provide a safe and comfortable environment for people wishing to meditate together, with Acharya Choying. The vaccination passport is required and all public health measure will be adhered to.

As the number of places in our shrine room will be limited due to distancing measures, please confirm your attendance by sending an email to centre@rigpedorjemontreal.org. Please arrive 15 min. before the start of the meditation.

Treasury of Blessings— A Buddha Shakyamuni practice

In the Samādhirāja Sūtra it is said: “Those who, while walking, sitting, standing, or sleeping, recollect the moon-like Buddha, will always be in Buddha’s presence and will attain the vast nirvāṇa.”
