Participants are asked to bring a mala with them to the Centre. Lunch and snacks will be provided.<\/p>\n<p>Participants are asked to commit to attending the whole retreat and remaining in silence from Saturday, 7\u00a0a.m. to Sunday, 5:30\u00a0p.m. This includes being silent at home on Saturday evening and Sunday morning and not using cell phones, social media, TV, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The daily schedule for the retreat is as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7:00\u00a0a.m. to 9:00\u00a0a.m. \u00a0 \u00a0 First session<\/li>\n<li>9:00\u00a0a.m. to 9:30\u00a0a.m. \u00a0 \u00a0 Break<\/li>\n<li>9:30\u00a0a.m. to 11:30\u00a0a.m. \u00a0 Second session<\/li>\n<li>11:30\u00a0a.m. to 1:00\u00a0p.m. \u00a0 Lunch<\/li>\n<li>1:00\u00a0p.m. to 3:00\u00a0p.m. \u00a0 \u00a0 Third session<\/li>\n<li>3:00\u00a0p.m. to 3:30\u00a0p.m. \u00a0 \u00a0 Break<\/li>\n<li>3:30\u00a0p.m. to 5:30\u00a0p.m. \u00a0 \u00a0 Fourth session<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Registration is required. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Suggested donation for the weekend:<\/strong> $70\/members $50.
