Learn Yoga with Olga (Ongkar Kaur) Sinitskaya

10 sessions

Sundays, beginning January 5, 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
Mondays, beginning January 6, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Classes may not always be on consecutive weeks.

Course Outline: 

  • Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) A, B or C will be included in every class
  • Class 1: Improving lung capacity and respiratory health
  • Class 2: Stress and anxiety relief
  • Class 3: Challenging stability
  • Class 4: Shoulder tension release
  • Class 5: Building core strength
  • Class 6: Dynamic hip opener
  • Class 7: Solar plexus activation
  • Class 8: Strengthening the immune system
  • Class 9: Healthy spine
  • Class 10: Energy bursts flow

Yoga Trainer Bio:

Olga (Ongkar Kaur) is a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher with over 15 years of yoga practice. She motivates students with her enthusiastic teaching style.

Training:

2015—completed a 200-hour Kundalini Yoga TTC in Montreal, QC (Equilibrium Yoga)
2022—completed a 200-hour TTC at European Division of International Yoga Federation (OUM. RU)


I am passionate about promoting the benefits of yoga and spreading joy and positivity through my classes.

I believe that the practice of yoga is much deeper than the physical postures. Yoga heals, empowers and transform lives. 

Yoga has given me so much more than flexibility. It taught me how to be mindful, peaceful, and positive. It also gives me a way to serve others.
